the apartment was in excellent condition just as described in booking . it is situated in a very fancy area with a lot of restaurants and bar.

Cosy, Comfy & Clean!
We loved this place. This was our last stop in the Philippines before heading back home. Location is on point! Everything is within walking distance. Nice view of the busy city from the balcony. There are really good restaurants and bars nearby. Or if you’re just into San Migs and Siopao then 7Eleven is just a 2 min walk. It was a nice place to relax after all the travelling we did through the Phils! We were happy with it. It was more than what we expected. It isn’t a 5 star hotel but that’s what we loved that it felt like home! The owner, George is really cool and made us feel comfortable so we were cool to joke and have a laugh with him lol We’ll stay here again on our next trip to the BGC.

The size of the property was decent. The location was phenomenal. Highly recommend this property.Superb.
As a digital nomad. Wifi connection is very important. I just hope there will be an improvement on this next time I visit again.

Enjoyed staying at the flat and would definitely book again if/when I come back
The Location was great to commute on foot to office and back. Nice neighborhood, secure, clean. The flat very clean, comfortable and functional, nice space to relax with restaurants and supermarket next door
Nothing I didn't like. What was maybe a little less was - Flat is located on a busy street so there is some the street noise, although mainly because I'm used to being in a very quiet place. - Aircon, if you're not used to the noise of aircon, bringing some earbuds may be a good tip.
